This is the problem with TTs and pinkies .They attribute things that are not actually meant or said and brand as anti if argued ! I have not argued for or against the actual project or Swiss challenge method..I was just contradicting the fact that it is not 100% Govt to Govt project or 100% govt companies and what it is projected If Govt builds or private company builds if it is tender or swiss challenge ..if it is TDP or Congress..Some body or someway it will be built.It is fact.I am not going to gain or lose out of it Good luck ! | ||
