i got no stake in this, but how are they related. i think its propaganda that folks who are for "Brexit" are using immigration as the argument and the only criteria. Without considering immigration, EU is a screwed up union, what is the benefit for Brits to be part of this? and from the other side, what is the benefit of Brits to the EU? EU needs to change their ways or i dont see a reason for countries to be part of it, even if it means a struggle and have to find their own way out of the mess. | ||

UK is member of the Commonwealth, G7, G8, G20, World Bank, and the United Nations apart from european union and I dont think the world will stop using UK services just because it opts out of EU. EU needs UK for its exports and I dont think it will be in their best interests to block UK trade. There will be a deal and the fact is even EU needs it. ROMing in CCDB | ||

It will be a close call and mostly probably remain will win. Most of my colleagues are european and I respect them for the friendly nature and amazing talent and I wont be sad if remain wins. But at least I want leave to come close enough to create major changes in EU and put pressure on german chancellor angela merkel and other EU presidents to bring reforms. At its current state European Union is a car with a 10 year old driver driving on the wrong side of the road and we are all sitting in the back seat only for it to crash someday. ROMing in CCDB | ||

Being an immigrant from India, The current immigration policy is discriminating based on where we come from. Having different rules just because we come from a different place is not right. And also this is a small island and 5 more countries joining the EU in near future, imagine the pressure of uncontrolled immigration will have on public services like your kids scool places, or doctors appointment or housing.
