I think if the kid holds Indian passport, this case will not be applicable Its better to go through lawyer for this kind of sensitive things....no scope/room for error here... i signed a bunch of copies with my lawyer, expenses were 500$ in Scranton, PA | ||

i got their consent before i nominated them.....immediate question to me was, who will take care of the expenses ani, though he is my brother...i told him to take my share of land but take care of my kids....what an inconvenient world we live in...so much materialistic though i was hit hard by that question of my brother, it's better he has asked me on the face, now i won't have any guilt that i'm over burdening him, the land is atleast more than couple of crores worth now | ||
