C10K - 10K
13.1 - Half marathon

Also Zenlabs has forum with lots of success stories, tips from runners community.

This time I would want break that evil symptoms

So i would want to do well lately I gotta know

If you land with heels it hurts knee
Or if you land on front portion of feet it impacts pikkalu

But right now me comfort with front portions of feet
And I would try like that

You could try buying compression socks and see if they help.
Sleep quality and duration affect kooda untundi.
In soles may help but you have to find the cause first.
Back pain kooda unda? Do you carry your backpack, backpocket lo wallet pettukuni driving, type of shoes you wear at work, their wear and tear,
Any of these could be a reason.

flat feet vallaki plantar fascitis (not sure if I spelt it wrong) kooda untundi kada..

so you need something in the shoe to raise the bump..you can try Dr.Scholl's insoles to see if it helps..

vuncle na doubt endhi ante US vachaka malli running start chesi oka 1 week avutundhi..india lo unnapudu daily either 3 or 5 kms and weekend 12 Km kottevadini..but almost 3 months gap vachindhi and race day is on 26th of this month..so i'm not sure if i will be able to do it..and one more thing..a wireless headset petuukoni how running ya..netthi medha kg banda unnatu anipinchadha..




nope...nenu edo kona amazon lo..nakem anipinchale..very lite....

nuvvu cheppina danni batti u should be good...dont look for pace and all...aram gaa nee own pace lo ellipo....ee week oka 3 and 5 kottu
next week 4 5 10
next week 4 4 ..then race

Hal Higdon vadi site lo 12-week half marathon plans vuntai. try to follow it. if you think u r already doing well, then start from 5th or 6th week.
I used to do 3-4 short runs on week days and long run on sunday. every week long run increase cheyyi. Dont forget to stretch before the run.
Phone ki arm band use chesanu. I didnt carry wallet bcos my wife dropped and picked me up. Ear phones, sunglasses and phone carry chesa. gatorade will be available on the run course.
Practice runs appudu car lo anni vadilesi oka gatorade bottle and phone in arm band tho run chese vadini

I run with underpronation and flat feet. Kallu tondaraga alasipovatam, rakarakala pains ravatam jarigedi. Then found that link and bought some shoe that fit my style of running. I think it helped increase my pace and duration. The shoes that you bought may be the right fit for you.

Also, there are number of apps with training plans.. They guide you while running, very helpful. I started with C25K, completed successfully in 8 weeks and now onto 10K preparation.

Me mostly running this weekend
My first trial run and target is min 4 miles and Max 6 miles

Time set is one hour as I would want start with reasonable speed

Got new running shoes from sport authority :-)

nenu full ki prep ayinappudu did 2 to 3 runs on weekdays ( short) and one long on weekend..pai plan lo...5 days a wek running ichaaadu...tuesdays anni lepesi wednesdays vi monday ki shift cheyyi..saturdays anni lepesi sunday vi saturday ki shift cheyyi....

2 weekdays plus 1 weekend ayinaa good...long run tharwatha next day try doing cross training ( like biking elliptical etc with easy pace)....

race week konchem carbs thinu..hydrate well...nenaithe marathan ki phone, wireless headset thappa eti carry cheyaledu...water and gatorade vallle isthaaaru....avi every 2 miles ki ala untaaayi...

Next race day ki mi things eam carry chestharu and running appudu aa items anni ela carry chestharu..phone, enrygy drink, wallet ivanni mana daggare undali kadha..how do you carry this things and run..
