As per Jayalalithaa's election manifesto, she's going to ban the sale of liquor in TN. As a natural consequence, smuggling from bordering states would skyrocket, right? So, can we expect liquor revenues to skyrocket too? Of the four bordering states/UT, which one has the cheapest (lowest taxes on) liquor? Which state would benefit the most?
