For example in 2015: India Today Mood of the Nation Poll Naveen patnaik was joint 4th Best CM along with Mamata but was the most popular CM in India with 69%... This popularity index is based how much popular that particular leader is in that particular state..and if there is no credible leader in opposition in that particular state his popularity is bound to be higher ..just like in the case of KCR.. Hence there is no need for chest thumping or thigh slapping.. I would actually care about Best CM rankings than popular CM rankings.. | ||
