Yep just diet and only diet is the reason to get 6 packs

I literally feel my abs while doing intensive exercises

As I am not adding much to my body my body engine consuming fats from all places of body

Day by day me stepping towards my dream

If u focus on diet i.e controlling toungue it helps
Physical and mental health too :-)

then you are correct..white rice..or any rice..milk..not good.. little quantities brown rice..ante.. rest all should be veggies and high grade proteins sources..like fish chicken..

but nenu ekkado chadivaa..brown rice mixed with beans will give all those essential amino acids ani..like quinoa..

I agree to some extent mistake in me or ourside
As we grown up eating white rice with all dishes
It's very difficult to control

Anything new to body or character u start with small qunatities
So in that process u try new items and it helps ur diet program

For me white rice is culprit. I eat more by mixing with all dishes

As of now I see very good change in physiq
Also my stamina also got improved very much

So I decided to continue like this my rest of life
Doctor also felt amazed for my change and she challenged me like
How long I continue like this. It's been nearly 2 years
Me stick to my stance so I am happy Doctor also happy to see me
But she is suggesting not to take too much protein
Especially creatine as it may create problems in future
So I stopped it. But lately I stared taking BCCA amino acids capsules
Per day 6 and one whey protein shake per day
Driving is my PASSION.

And this mixes with almost all types of dishes
So ppl mix white rice with all dishes so u keep eating more

Where as quinoa also dangerous if u start eating more
Just restrict urself max one cup or one and half rice cooker cup

Btw nenu quinoa tinna, dantlo all curries mix chesta including chicken and mutton curry...

Otherwise daily I make many dishes I.e. Fried curry, sambar, pickle and curd
and adding white rice to it. This itself shows count 4 plates of rice that too full plate :D
Eating like more and more in turn my physique was very bad

Now awesome and better athletic and toned. I still need to work hard to make my dream come true
Day by day me one step closer to my dream

Quinoa is good if u eat limited quantities

If U start eating like rice then it's bad as it adds more calories
When u don't soend that back ultimately u ended with belly fat

So just eat small qunatities like I said half cup of rice cooker cup
Eat like every 3 hours along with other stuff
And do very good exercise then only u see result :-)

Intlo quinoa soak chesthaaru for 1-2 hr before cooking and then cook like a normal rice anukuntaa...... no cooker.


Boil water and then add soaked qunioa. some water ratio edho vuntadhi, adhi follow avvadamey.

When I cook it's very sticky
Where as it was too good from the place where I buy
Good means it's not sticky more over I feel each and every Quinoa while eating it's very tasty,

So do u guys know how to cook like that?

Btw I use rice cooker to cook quinoa :-)
