The couple's own egg and sperm were used for fertilization and their newborn weighed 2 kg at birth. The clinic claimed that Daljinder is 72 years old.

"There were two failed attempts, but finally I have my baby," she said.
Gill, an agriculturist, has leased out his land in Kharar and lives in Amritsar.

The couple is excited about the Arman's future. Asked how she feels about raising a child at her age, Daljinder replied, "Waheguru has given Arman Singh to us, and he is there to look after him, but I don't think there will be any problem in raising him. He will go to a good school."
