I trusted NY post on this news since obama also spoke about this. He was saying rich communities are seggregating themselves. I remember it but dont know the context and date on which he did message. i will try to get full text of message. hope you recall this. It is in their plans. This is what hillary and sanders mean when they say they have to do more. If NY post is true, they are going to force landlords to accpet section * vouchers. This is pathetic. in USA, it will take atleast 4-6 months to vacate some one. With section 8, tenants can claim that living conditions are hazardous and it will take more time to vacate.
