For Mineral Balance in the Body - Take clean Glass Bowl - Add Drinking water, Put Pink Salt small crystals / or big pellets immersed. We should add salt in such a way that we should is more undissolved salt in the jar. - Cover it, leave it for a day - Next morning take a clean spoon, take one spoonful, mix it in regular water and drink it as first think in the morning People say it is good for mineral balance. Once you start seeing all the salt getting dissolved, add more to keep the balance |

Despite its high mineral content, Himalayan salt is primarily a source of sodium, and excess sodium consumption can lead to a host of health problems. The most well known of these complications is hypertension, or high blood pressure. When sodium levels rise, your body retains water in an attempt to dilute the blood, increasing blood volume and pressure. As sodium naturally occurs in a wide range of foods, eating too much added sodium, even in the form of Himalayan salt, can be more detrimental than beneficial to your overall health. Limit your sodium consumption to no more than 2300 mg per day, or 1500 mg per day, if you suffer from high blood pressure.

Almost 1 year nunchi using this for cooking, pricey but very little needed to flavour the food...all was ok but run out of it last week and switched back to regular salt...I realised that regular salt is not tasty at all, 2 spoons use chesinaa food salty anipinchatledhu, I am very worried that I got addicted to this pink salt. Any other pink salt users in this DB who had a similar issue? Is pink salt really good for health? |
