NPR lo cheppadu ii store lo kone yogurt doesnt live after a few cycles. Only heirloom yougurt cultures last forever (like our desi stuff). If possible get it from any desis who make cud on their own |

Buy nice Organic Greek yogurt - plain Start using that to make curd, In 2-3 cycles you get very good without stickiness or ask your indian friends wife to provide |

go to desi store buy desi dahi yougurt use the culture for your curd it will still be sticku and gelatinous for couple of days but from 4th day onwards will become normal and good |
