for non critical error, if you dont take drivers ed in the past 18 months, you will get a chance to take Drivers Ed. I was given such chance and used Cartoon Online Driving school and completed it without any points | ||

Call in and ask for drivers ed. If this is your first ticket and no defensive driving in the last 12 months, they will let you take defensive driving course with some fee. You may not have to be physically present in the court. | ||

Bros I am NJ resident. I got a speeding ticket in victor , NY. Was doing 80 mph in 65mph zone. Looks like I am in for 4 points. He asked me do you know your speed. I said maybe 70.
