Annai..I didnt work for them..but they worked one of my previous clients to identify operational inefficiencies as that company was almost close to bankruptcy. They did a fantastic job. Because of them 30% work force were laid off. They found out that in 2005/6, with X number of resources Y projects were exected. but in 2011, with 2X number of ppl, Y+10%Y projects were executing..
