And I predicted that it would be another Johnny. Reviews vachintaruvata kooda some people aren't able to judge. Chiru786, for example, said my expectation is totally wrong in this case as Bruce Lee was not liked even by fans (implying that this is liked by fans). Idlebrain gave 3.25 to Bruce Lee and didn't even post a review for this one. So realize that predicting 50+ crores, hoping that it's not another Johnny etc. is different from saying that "it's a disaster." Normally for a huge budget movie, there would be many people involved including the producer who wouldn't allow the output to be too bad. Some powerful person must be at the helm to get through a disaster content. In this case it was PK. Although I didn't watch the movie, there's a consensus among the reviewers that the screenplay is terrible. The reason I predicted this to be a disaster is that the director seems to be a dummy so Pawan (the maker of Johnny) would've displayed his directorial skills. He's a good actor but then the story writer of Baba is a good actor too....Pawan is no Kamal Hassan so it's best for him to stick to acting when such a large amount of money is involved. Going by how Telugu360 is struggling to find something positive about the movie (dressing sense improved, songs and fights are good, mannerisms etc., BGM) and not focusing much on the main thing (story), it is apparent that my prediction is correct. Even in an average movie there will be more important positive things to say in a three line comment during interval (live update) than the hero's dressing sense. But SGS lo adi kooda ledanamaata... PK fans please don't bash me. Nothing against PK as an actor. I think he is one of the best Telugu actors in looks as well as acting skills. I really liked Jalsa and I believe it was a commercial hit too although people tend to overlook it's BO performance and some people here called it a flop recently.
