madyalo one day rest any day u can provided the day before u had vigorous workout.., i try 5 days but sure ga 4 days chestunna lately.., 5-6 months nundi last allmost 2 years im bit regular to workout never took a week off atleast 1-2 days anan chesa..

now coming to point of machine ring 5 miles per hour 2 ht set cheyyi half hour lo see how many u will burn ..easy ga 400+ cals u will see 5 is just jog..6+ is run..

if u are bulding soem muscle and shape up...weekly 2 days wts and 3 days cadio set cheyyali and parti workt u should loose atleast 700-800 and eat good ..artipandu is like one serving good for shins .., cardio time lo it will help.

Walking is enough..i walk at 11/12 incline and do it for 1 hour.


max 10 incline vundi ikkada. Pushing for 90 minutes... 60 mins brisk walking/jog... in between short intervals lo running.. total 20-30 mins running overall
