No sugars/chocolates. Low carbs (rice maneyyamani doctor chepparu kada.. follow it).

Also NJ la there is a doctor (referred by a colleague)... he doesnt accept insurance... food thoti diabetics ni etla control/reduce cheyyalo cheptaadu.. if u want i can get the info for u

marichitini meeru non veg lean protein tinandi or fish..
Dry fruits tinte kanuka naana pettina taruvaate tinandi.. naana pettakunda tinte vaatiki phytic acid vuntadi..melu cheyaka poga keedu cheyochu..

Usually sugar leads to high cholesterol but not vice versa.. so be careful :-)

Diabetes nee vanti gummam varaku vachi..lopaliki raavala vodda ani chustondi..
Diabetes daggarlo vundi kabatti first change your life style...

Daily 30 minutes brisk walk cheyyandi...
Oats laantivi break fast...indian food tintaa ante ragi java taaganadi..
Dont use sugar or honey[ they dissolve easily in blood] go for jaggery
Tea or Coffee daily once with jaggery only..
Lunch vachesi..chapatis or use korralu or millets..starchy foods avoid cheyandi like potatoes
Snacks take apples one or two/ berries/pomogranate..no sweet fruits like banana/grapes etc..
Final gaa dinner again chapatis... thats it..

Itta chesina kudaaa ravachu heriditary aithe..
