If you follow PK keenly, he picks up what worked in the previous film and tries to extend/improvise it.. sometimes it works and mostly it fails Khushi lo shirt meeda shirt super hit, sensation appatlo... so Gudumba Ssankar lo instead of shirt.. pant meeda pant vesi top pant zip open  Badri lo oka comedian (hotel lo work chesthaadu as chef) sleeping time lo oka variety posture with hands and legs in the air.. it was funny..
