personal experience ledu but a tax guy in CA told there should be a genuine reason to file for extensions and penalty is applicable... | ||

Unless neeku itemized deduction, several sections apply kaakapothe better you file on your own. Atleast try once through turbotax or taxact. My 2 cents. | ||

Dear NJ Vasulu, My company has a tie up with Deloitte Consulting which used to file taxes. But today only I came to know that they provide these services for L1 A visa holders only for the 1st 3 years. This is my 4th year in USA and now I need to file taxes (jointly with my wife who is also an employee). Can someone please help me on the following questions : 1. Any good tax consultant who can help me on tax filing in NJ ? 2. How much do they charge for joint tax filing ? 3. Can we file all by our self ? If 'yes' what is the process ? 4. Is there any cut off time (deadline) to file taxes for 2015 (like March 31 in India) ? Your responses are greatly appreciated |
