I just wanted to see how will I cope with it, so just stick to fruits and some times 2 chapathis or 2-3 idlis

ila oka 21 days chesanu, ninna weight chusthey 12 pounds less vundhi, i feel good too




loosingt weight too much too fast can cause serious diseases...not kidding...do google search...be careful land try to aim 2 pounds per week max....

I second the Crossfit. Nothing works like a HIIT workout. Crossfit is a good place to start, if you love working out with groups.

Intermittent fasting, Alternate day diet, macro or low carb watching works. Just keep surprising your metabolism.

Congratulations.
I lost 20 lbs in 2 months.
Diet control (under 1800 calories a day) and 10k steps everyday.
No rice (only vegetables) during weekdays.

Assault air bike :-)
It's too costly but worthy

Just 5 mins nonstop biking with Max intense sette chaalu

Full legs to core also upper body too much
Pain and burning.

I started loving air bikes instead of regular bikes :-)

lunch always a box full of what ever i take from home, Dinner was the biggest meal, thinnaka verey pani cheyyataniki time vundadu, opika vundadu :-)
