loosingt weight too much too fast can cause serious diseases...not kidding...do google search...be careful land try to aim 2 pounds per week max.... |

I second the Crossfit. Nothing works like a HIIT workout. Crossfit is a good place to start, if you love working out with groups. Intermittent fasting, Alternate day diet, macro or low carb watching works. Just keep surprising your metabolism. |
