KK nee diet ithe bhane vundhi mari intlo evarikanna cholestrol or bp,sugar thyroid vunnaya ...nuvuv tine food ithe reason kadhu mari unless until if u r consuming fried snacks and sweets along with that diet ... btw a juice etta thaguthuunaav thussi great and every day raw veggies ante antha manchidhi kaadhemo anukuntunna ..naan raw veggies ante chana kastam

Tharuvaatha started watching these numebrs closely and doc advised some diet control, exercise etc.

without medicine it went down max to 170 anukuntaa. tharuvaatha malli shootup aindhi. 200-245 range lo oscillate ayyedhi. Once reached 42 or so he has put me on statin

daily morning : veggie/fruit juice with 2% fat milk. combination of broccoli, beats, all berries, spinach, cucumber , apple etc ... adhe breakfast

lunch: rice + curry (sometimes quinoa tho)

dinner: roti + curries, sometimes upma or idilis with lot of peanut chutney (may idhi oka reason emo)

10 days ki ala wings... 15 days ki ala biryani

rough ga idhi plan

5 months back total 200 vundhi. So konchem serious ayyi morning fruit/vegetable juices, evening nuts etc start chesa. biryani once in a week nunchi once/twice a month ki change chesa. beer stop chesa complete ga. week ki once or twice gym ki velthunna. aina LDL perigipoyindhi. any suggestions?
