Bala discussions vadhili ikkadiki randi 5 months back total 200 vundhi. So konchem serious ayyi morning fruit/vegetable juices, evening nuts etc start chesa. biryani once in a week nunchi once/twice a month ki change chesa. beer stop chesa complete ga. week ki once or twice gym ki velthunna. aina LDL perigipoyindhi. any suggestions?
