as long as he have eye contact, responding to your action, and trying to talk something there is no problem at all. since most of kinds use other language, you may use either English or telugu, he have clear confusion in language nothing to worry in this regard. if he is not mixing with kids means there is no response from them for his action (in case of adults you are responding).As long as active either alone or some other instrument he is perfectly all right nothing to worry. create the environment to use only one language in school, home,and tv or computer. This avoids language confusion. don't respond immediately for body language. | ||

From what little you have told about your son, he definitely needs further evaluation by a developmental pediatrician or a developmental psychologist. Dont mingle with any other kids, always prefer to play alone.
