This is petty amount for them to explore big opportunity after plan is made.. Multi Lat agencies fund these progs to identify opportunities for companies from homeland, nothing wrong as they have tech & expertise which can be tranfered through colaboration with local companies., DFID funded Energy effeciency roadmap for AP and T. All the LED lights you see now in vizag is implemented based on that plan. UK companies ultimately did not win single pie from this. Yet they will not stop funding the programmes.. T is clueless how to even take this plan to ground for implementation.. There clear line of difference b/n opening window of opportunity and exploiting.. | ||
