It's not about bayam When I was working as contractor I tried two times to increase pay But middle vendor said unless client increases pay then only he give more Same from my employer as vendor increase pay he will pay to me Any way I sticker to that rate at that time When I got offer to take FT I got better rate from new employer At the same time we come to understanding like as its kind of start up and more over we are working on system client specific and product point of view so initially I or we don't get much Once this product reached a stage to sellable then we expect more revenue Until then be happy whatever i am getting Any way I do take pleasure working on such product that too from scratch Hardly you will find such opportunity. That is exactly what I said , each has their own priorities .. for me commute is a big issue and I don't like 2 + hours of commute each day You may get paid highly in West cost , SFO/Sanjose/Sandiego etc , again it may not give you the same satisfaction of the job you are doing In general , most of US will get comfortable and resist the change and may be not doing able to gain the right opportunities .. who knows you can start searching for a job in West cost and another door may open , - | ||

yovv.. based on little interaction we have, I guess you work in SAP tech. From what I hear from my wife, who is freelancer in SAP, she wouldn't open emails that offer 2 digit rates. 16 years ago, back in '99 with 3 year experience, I rejected 60/hr contract because of low rate. I had option to negotiate between multiple contracts. Fast forward, with so much experience, I assume you could dictate terms. | ||
