1) All amex-costco cards would become invalid starting Apri1st 2) All amex-costco cards are OWNED by AMEX 3) Any left over reward money would be sent as a check to the customers. 4) Any visa branded debit/credit card can be used in costco. I've been getting Amex Blue Cash Everyday card offer since the past year with bonus starting from $100 to $250 spending some amount in first 3 months. As I may want to keep at least one AMEX even after its divorce from Costco, I have been thinking of snapping the AMEX BLU cash offer of $200 bonus/spend $1500/ in first 3 months(I have to pay huge bills of Auto insurance $1500, van registration and some more in Jan. I want $300/$2500/3 months offer. I have chatted with Amex guys, they turned me down. The next day morning I got an email invitation of what I want, snapped it immediately. After a week, I got the same offer(with a new offer code) in the USPS mail. Now I am almost done with my target $2500 spending. I am going to open another new card of the new offer code and snap $300 more and close the first card like a king. | ||

Since costco owns the card, they will automatically transfer to citi visa. If we get a amex blue..I think it will be a new card...don't know if the length of credit history will be backdated. | ||

Inka konni cards undaali raju garu...even if you dont use them. Innalu kooda best amex card is fidelity amex (2% cash back on everything). Card cancel chesaaka kooda it will show in your credit history for 10 years. Inkoti citi vaadu chaala gotcha company...so nenu asalu nammanu. Costco Branded Amex card will be replaced by a Visa card issued by Citi bank. The old card will be invalid. Almost same benefits untayi. Inni days they used to accept any amex card (not just costco amex card)...ippudu kooda same any visa card will be accepted (not just costco visa card). | ||
