How long are you going to stay in the house ? 10 year ? 15 Year ? Housing in US is for your comfort , kids will enjoy and it is not an investment New/Old house does not matter, they all are made of walls as thin as paper and wood, find something you like and buy it. In the long run , it does not matter , even if you 25k more , for ten years 120 * 200 , it is like you are paying only 200 per month more - | ||
