Even i was in the same situation. I reduced the no of workouts in week. i give plenty of rest.

In reality when you are nearing 40 your body takes lots of time to recover and need rest. Give good rest. Never do same group of muscle in 2 3 days period. If you do squat give 1 day break and do chest next time. when you do chest , your biceps, shoulders, triceps get impact. you do back in the next session.. that way you give more rest.

for you i suggest at least 2 days rest with plenty of sleep and food.

never increase strength with supplements.. sanka naki pothavu.

yes creatine load phase lo excess quantity + lots (really lots) of water per day
doesn't matter if you workout or not
and then 5gm per day ...right after workout if possible

i am not a fan of this load strategy

I got German made creatine
When I see usage they mentioned

Start Day 1 to day 5 consume 4 scoops per day
Maintenance daily 1 or 2 scoops per day

They suggested too consume after work out

Now the doubt is first 5 days I have to take 5 scoops per day.
Don't u think it's too much per day?
More over I don't work out 5 times a day.
So do u suggest consume scoop without working out?
