insubuy.com lo details ivvu annai..exact ga telushtundi.. for atlas here the the details... for 6 months..100K-125K nomral coverage( acute coverage is policy max..so 100K-125K annattu)..for 2 persons of age ( husband 60-64 and spouse 50-59).. amount is $2000.. ade 500K coverage ayithe 2780... I used to but 1 mil covergae for my daddy and 500K covergae for my mother...as then acture coverage for under 500K normal coverage was very less around 50K..so 500K to 1 mil normal coverage ku i used to get 125K acute coverage.. but now even for 100K-125K normal coverga ehe is offerring the policy max for acute.. so i would say buy anuthing over 100K minimum... these details are only for atlas... do some research and post a thread before buying...will check | ||

ippudu teliyadu...but 3-4 yrs back varaku all atlas insurance options were with a minimum coverage of 15K annai.. so far i always had taken any insurance with a minimum of 100K acute coverage i.e with pre existing condition.. pre exisitng condition substanitla amountlekunda insurance waste...even attach vacchina...sugar o BP o chyinhci danni kuda pre exisitng kindaki tostharu ani chadiva...so i always prefered insurance with max pre exisitng coverage.. i think tlas and lioson are the two which used to offer better pre exisiting coverage...only reo exisitng coverage josam i used to take 500K to 1 min coverage | ||

Yes - even so. My father havent visited doc; forget it, how many of us will give detailed reports on general visits back in India? In our case, my dad have nt visited docs for the last two years; insurance wanted last two years' reports. We took the help of one doctor, on his official letter head in detail he wrote that he is seeing my dad for the last couple of years and he is perfectly healthy.. Insurance said they wont accept these kind of letters.. they basically trying to find reasons to reject the claim. | ||

Been there. Our bill was 10 times yours.. I know the pain. Hospitals usually offer 85% discount (yes, that is correct).. If so, ask them and use it. We should have taken policy with pre-existing coverage. All the bills will be on your uncle's name.. so, you or your cousin wont be under credit beareau but will hit with calls every week asking whereabouts of your uncle and when is he going to pay the bills. adho narakam.. I am still getting calls since two years. I dont think there will be an issue at POE because of this.. immigration will not make decisions based on these issues. | ||

1. Check this website. Check prices for those services and pay some reasonable amount. Hospitals/Doctors overbill because sometimes they don;t know how the contarct with the insurance co works.
