Once u become a Pro and u start knowing what defense can do .. U will not be surprised with Blitzes etc .. Because u have seen it all .May be there will be 1 or 2 plays where u might miss a protection but u mostly got it covered .. Also first years for QB .. The game is too fast .. Simple things first How does Bruce arians Offense work ? --- Bruce calls the plays based the defense formations & assumptions -- His play calling route concepts are derived from what D is playing .. U have to have a intelligent QB and WR's to decipher the defenses and put them in to the right play ... Almost every play called will have a Deep route build in to it .. How does Gary Kubiak offense work ? --- Setup run .. Run right or left .. rarely middle .. OL shifting and chopping DL ... Build up a Play action and run ur TE's to the wrong side of the shift etc etc .. How does Trestman offense work ? -- U have reads 1 , 2 & 3 ... If read 1 is available take it even if it is a 2 yards gain or 1 yrds behind LOS .. How does NE offense work ? --- Receivers have multiple options to choose once the play starts .. They have to recognize the formation of the defense and run a route based on it .. Also they have to have a knowledge of those CB's/Lb's and take the routes exposing their weaknesses .. TB will find them .. Now put a young QB through multiple OC's of those kind .. What will he do -- So it is good to have a OC/HC during his rookie years .. Personally, HC can be anyone for rookie QB as well....Carson palmer was rookie with bengals....MLK was DC in year 1, he made palmer sit on bench for 1 year for Jon Kitna Palmer flourished in 2nd starting season itself, we were 11-5 that season QB development ki HC ki relation ye ledu.....infact any position player development is self, they will get only instructions of what to do and what not to do on the field. this is the main reason most of the first round position players dont develop and sometimes you see UDFA people getting developed | ||

Rebel, Norv turner browns tho unna year lekka kuda seyakudad...they had no QB and they had no RB...plus every week owner tho godaval...even exit time lo when their staff ws fired..norv bhuthul titad on haslem.. Next, Lets look at norv's offense this year.... That offense has no passing weapons...Teddy bridge is still not a better qb than carr and bortles...he is still learning on how to play in cold weather..he is still building chemistry with diggs...all of these have to be done by pampering AP with 20 carries aa game to keep him happy..teddy has to learn to play with AP...AP takes too many carries...this problem they did not have last year. it takes time..teddy is not a sure fire stud from the start...so i don;t its fair to look at rankings so early and blame norv.. another example...there is another anlyst that i like and hear...he analyzed vikes vs bears game 1..he said there some play calls that were designed and called beautifully, but teddy was unable to deliver the ball and make the correct read... but forward to vikes vs bears game 2..all those calls worked out because teddy made the right reads this time... young qb tho ilane untadi..
