amaravathi dude. basically you are screwed. melliga bratimali techukovali or if you have good rapport with your client talk to them and explain the situation and see if they can help. these are your best possible options for you. here is the reason why, most of the vendors have so many clauses that will protect them against law suits. first and foremost thing is you cannot sue the vendor. your employer have to do it. and i don't think he will because of obvious reasons. second if the client did not pay the vendor then they will not pay, and most cases lo they will have this clause in their contract. 3rd check if your vendor filed bankruptcy 4th even if you hire a lawyer and sue the vendor they will argue that legally your employer is supposed to pay for the time you worked so legally you cannot sue them | ||

If you have invoices and also client approved timesheets, you can complain to DOL .. but before that , in email tell him that you have to approach DOL on this isue if he did not pay in 2 weeks time. Even then , if no response, you can file a case | ||
