evadu saami neeku cheppindi...my own family members experienced it...remember Hudhud lo rain kanna wind is terrible...there is not much water...but it took away several electric poles, trees and building strucutres... Antha lo kooda within 2 days, power is restored...they bought spare electric poles(thanks to KCR for his help) and parked them outside the outskirts of the city and started restoration right away...we restored without much help from center. Social media help was much better than the city help in chennai...this is exactly what my friends told...okka helpline # kooda help ki raledu...total utter failure by city... I repeat...same hudhud akkada vasthe, there is no way Chennai could have recovered that fast... | ||

However big the rains are..looks like the city is not even close to be prepared..administration fully failed anukuntaa...aunty/madam ki bayapadi evadu noru vippatle... Nothing wrong in comparing to Hudhud...manam kooda ilage unprepared ga unte...we could have been doomed.,,mana admin did a good job...hudhud ki oka 2-3 days nunchi full prepapre chesaru...not only moving people but also restoration and post-cyclone preparation.
