technically sell or gift will be registered kada, how can they revoke

bothDonar and Donee need to sign to revoke. While gifting, Donar transfers all the rights.

Politricks:

GIFT registration is not considered Complete registration kada

gift deed is same as selling/buying the property,

it is just exclusion provided by govt for immediate family members to hold that property

instead of paying full registration fee for gift deed we are paying only portion of it,and it is properly recorded and regestered

GIFT registration is not considered Complete registration kada? I think based on gift registration the person who received the gift should register on their name! Oka example gaa maa Mamagaru wife ki oka illu Gift raasi register chesaaru...but ippudu wife Danni ammukovali ante thana peru pai register chesukovali! Am I missing something?

gift ga icheyyadam ante full rights tho ichestunnattu registration chestar.. loan/sell/mortgage happy ga seskovachu..

life lo jarigina oka daridramina exp is knowing about this..

gift deed is not reversible you need to purchase ...

EXp..I gave very close relative big amount didn't take paper as they are too much close...they promised me there home worth less than what i gave but i thought i was doing a big thing so said fine...by the time i went there they gifted that property to there daughter.. but truth and kindness prevails the daughter has to sell me i have to buy from daughter so inko 2 lks loss ofr registration and paperwork.

costly lessons in life but finally everything is good..

bottom-line in that process i learned gift is not reversible..

Properly registered gift deed cannot be revoked without a court order. You will have to file a case in court and show reasons like undue influence, coercion or fraud. It can also be revoked if the donor dis not had full ownership originally.
