Cousin wants to switch from academic to industry side.. working on cancer related research at Harvard.. came here on J1 and finished post doc at Harvard recent gaa EB1 lo GC vachindi.. so now thinking about switching to industry side because as you know pay in academic side is very low.. even if you have PhD from Harvard any pointers as to where to start and how to approach pharma or any other companies any recruiters you can refer to?
