Rajesh talked about one of his friends from Shimla, who accompanied the couple to Haridwar for cremation of Aarushi. This fact was never revealed by him during the investigation. During the narco test, Nupur admitted that the curved injury marks on Aarushi’s forehead was caused by the golf stick. The CBI received the CD and a report on March 9, 2010. The agency had annexed the revelations and their implications in its final report submitted before the designated Ghaziabad court. During the narco test, Rajesh talked about Hemraj and showed resistance and antipathy on the mention of his name. While describing the sound he heard at night (when Aarushi was killed), Rajesh mentioned “socha police aye hogi.” This, according to the CBI, appeared strange as to why a person thought about the police on hearing some sound in his flat. Former Noida Superintendent of Police KK Gautam, during chief examination, told the court that the chairman of Noida Eye Hospital Sushil Chaudhry, a friend of slain teenager Aarushi's uncle Dinesh Talwar, had called him and requested him to hide the rape angle in the postmortem. However, he said that he refused to oblige Dinesh Talwar, the elder brother of Aarushi's father and accused Rajesh Talwar. "But I said I can not help in this matter," Gautam told the court. Gautam also told the trial court that he was asked to ensure expeditious postmortem. Gautam is the first crucial witness out of the 13 who have been directed to depose before Sept 17. He said Chaudhry also called him on May 17, 2008 morning to accompany him to the condolence meeting for Aarushi. They both went there and attended the condolence meeting, where Chaudhry introduced him to Dinesh, Gautam said. In a condolence message following the demise of AGL Kaul, the CBI investigator who subsequently probed the case, Singh said the officer was convinced that it was Aarushi's parents -- Rajesh and Nupur Talwar -- who were responsible for the double murder. Kaul was brought into the probe after the then CBI Director Ashwani Kumar rejected the findings of the first team under Arun Kumar alleging that it was the domestic servants who had carried out the murders. Kumar was not convinced by the theory put forward by Arun Kumar's team. Singh, who succeeded Ashwani Kumar, gave the nod for the filing of the closure report in the case carrying detailed circumstantial evidence. He said that Kaul investigated the case for two years and had comprehensively examined all its dimensions, including witnesses, forensic evidence, crime scene, and also interrogated the parents in great detail. "Despite many lacunae and loopholes due to the fact that the case had been handled initially by Uttar Pradesh police and later by another CBI investigation team before Kaul was given charge, he was able to obtain a conviction," Singh said in his message. CBI never has substantial evidence against parents....all the evidence was circumstantial.....even CBI knows it messed up against parents and let the real culprits go....so, they wanted to hide the investigation which proved them to be inefficient and filed all circumstantial evidence only against parents and asked court for closure of the case file.....as all the crucial evidences are no more available... Court has to consider the findings and asked for filing a case against parents....court took over the evidences against parents from there on.... I guess the higher courts will rule out against parents....but, by that time they would have completed their prison term..... narco tests are not admissible as proofs in courts they are only to aid the ongoing investigation. After the narco findings, CBI changed the officer so nothing progressed on that front and meanwhile i think those servants left to Nepal anukunta.
