that is not right. two inconsistencies here. Christians know that Jesus is a Jew, and they know that he followed jewish bible, so they have to use what Jesus was. They added a second testament based on Jesus's teachings. Old testament is the hebrew bible, which Jews consider their bible. it was written by various soruces. the old testament is also used by christians but only is first part of their bible. the second part is called the new testament, which was originally written in greek. As it is self evident, Old Testament does not have anything related to Jesus. The new testament has gospels and stories about Jesus (Son of GOD). Conversion batch use chesedhi mainly New Testament. Old Testament GOD is too violent, vengeful to be used for conversion (my opinion)

Bible does not endorse untouchability, but it does indicate that untouchability existed in those regions.
