Effective use of home..
after all we pay and clean house which we donot use big house ( 2000+ sqfoot) anyways..

specially hot areas like texas, CA etc, we can use our ground for many purposes and occasions .. Need not locked into house for ever in places like Chicago..

house mortgage and bills 3000+ is very burden that to just for your single family t live..
