Another simple effective exercise is
I started doing every day morning squats
buy an Olympic bar hardly <$50

It's very simple and effective

Once u get used to it add some weights to it
Daily do start with 50 times and increase week by week
Driving is my PASSION.
Ball or Bimmer does not matter.

Based on my experiences I would say
Start withn15 min cardio treadmill slow start and go maximum
U can. Better make sure u r body already used it, if not gradually
Increase intense.

Weights there are many like free weights
Machine weights and carious presses Lats
And rows etc

Most important is body weight. Right now I am making use of
My body weight to burn calories and get toned
As I got dips and pull-up bars now any time in 24 hours
I do at home too.

So once ur body get to used it that's it rest all very easy

And the most important is diet. Without changing diet
Don't ever expect amazing results or toning body to perfection.
Your objective is not to tone but just maintain whatever u have
Current then reduce intense and do simple things like
Walking stretching etc
But still diet is the most important to see changes in your body
Driving is my PASSION.
Ball or Bimmer does not matter.

abs also has muscles so when you work out well it may pain or expand etc
again it become normal. Over the period once fat around it goes then you can see but to get toned abs always have to go high restrictive diet and regular exercise

if you have Android phone install Google Fit app..and have the phone in pocket..if possible while working out..

it gives ballpark accurate count of calories for the activity..meaning Running/Walking..

OTOH..google for the activity and the approx calories burnt..you will know..how many were exactly burnt..

rather than keeping count of calories burnt..focus on keeping up the routine for longer duration..

always.. sweat and heartbeat is good measure how much you are burning. if you do not get enough sweat and heartbeat.. then burning is less.

calories are not at all accurate on any of the machines.

go for your weight and the how hard you do the exercise.

if your weight is less than you burn less calories. if you weight is more you burn more calories.

if you are 150 pounds and you do 30 min exercise from average to above intensity then you burn around 200 calories.. if you weight is more you burn 250 + calories.

average it out. .you do not need any equipment to calculate.. time, intensity and your weight will determine that.

always.. sweat and heartbeat is good measure how much you are burning. if you do not get enough sweat and heartbeat.. then burning is less.
