correct. With last OS (Mavericks), you can configure Apple TV as second monitor and extend the desktop. On the Apple TV, you will see the app. windows, menus, controls like desktop. With El Captain, if there is a video in the middle of web page. You can play it and route to Apple TV and continue to work on the mac. Not a big deal though. | ||

Extended monitor laana .. video airplay chesi we can still use the MAC for other work without disturbing apple tv video ? ee concept kuda undi kada existing os lo like using APPLE TV as another monitor completely for some apps like XBMC when airplay (ofcourse naaku sarigga work avvatla..still figuring out) | ||

kottha features peddha ga emi levu. Safari lo tabs show speaker icon if there is an audio playing (similar to Chrome) but you can also mute the tabs. Also, you can AirPlay videos directly yo Apple TV instead of sending entire desktop. BTW, anyone remember the famous notice at a tech conference several years ago? "Unattended laptops will be upgraded to Windows Vista!!"  | ||
