nuvvu idhi war movie kaadu ani gurthu sesav..bongaram tammai idhi love story kaadu ani gurthu sesad..as much as this movie is not abt war and love, 70% of the movie narration is filled with those sequences.. and they were boring.. ika jews thread loki involve kooda avvamu ekkuva..enduku ante 1hr of the movie before that had nothing to do with jews..it was abt love and war..kikiki.. adhe cheppedhi..he had all ingredients, multiple threads but none of them had depth..it had depth in words and dialouges but not in pulling the audience into that mode..

Sesani annai.. movie nachindi(bavundi) vs nachaledu(baledu) anatam kanna..while wow'ed by the attempt, I was not able to connect to the movie so felt bored..3 category anattu below r my reasons.. 1) war sequences - ituvanti nepathyam unna ee cinemalo anna, u just get engrossed into the movie by war sequences, the tempo there and then start travelling with the events unfolding,feeling the pain of lead characters,u get thrilled, feel the pressure/tension u just get lost into another world.. eeda war sequences uppu leni pappu koodu madiri sappaga unde..ya aa budgetki apahasyam avvakunda veelayinantha sahajamga undetattu manage chesadu director.yes..alage aa location avi authentic ga unchadu...ya u sympathise with director in that fashion..but do u get engaged into the movie? no..he failed in conceiving those sequences..ya low budget is one of the factors..ala adjust avutham.. 2)love sequence - antha rich, intelligent,educated ammayi intha katika daridrudiki ela padutundhi?? there should be a strong reason..asal aa love track ki connect avvaledu..normal love story la teesadu...rendu matalu nalugu kappula coffee anattu...caste divide kaadu..its class divide, financial divide..there is no depth in that love track..we were forced to believe they loved each other.. 3)jews and nazi thing--another shallow attempt.. too many things were happening with no depth in any thread be it love track, jews and nazi, war or village caste divides etc.... 4)sare ivvi pakkana bettu..antha manchi dialouges unnayi kadha..philosphy undi kadha ante..ya..when i get involded in the movie,ivi extra kick isthayi..when i dont connect much to whats going on..this extra philosophy sodhi badhinattu untundhi..adhe ayyindi.. basic ga it had all good ingredients, but was undercooked.. bravo director for the attempt..telugu parisramalo ituvanti movie osthadu anukola..but wish there was emotional conntect and some rustic war scenes too..to take this movie to the next level..i sincerely wish movie becomes a success so more such attempts would be made.. | ||

hmmm.. naaku atla anipinchaledu.. -----Spoilerrrrrrr----- The scene where hero explains to heroins brother abt the life etc etc. (before final fight) and draws the parallels between the war in europe vs war in village, akkada chaaala meaningful anipistadi movie.. the reasons why hero didnt give up on the heroines brother is the basic emotional connection.. reasons are - 1. Heroine loves her brother so much that hero maata varsaku brother ni sampetha ani ante aame chempa meeda kodtadi... so hero loves her so much that he wants to save her brother for heroines sake... 2. he is seeing this war and people losing lives as a reason for heroines death (indirectly caste war valla heroine chani potadi and ikkada people are dying because of the same oppression) so he wants to fight this war and end this oppression.. intha depth undi story la.. too much connected nen aithe.. | ||

I dont think VT was bad... he was able to carry the movie successfully.. but overall movie la unna content is so huge that VTs -ves antha impact aithe anipinchaledu... Hero villain ni sampestaadu... Ramayanam Mahabhaaratam Paatala Bhairavi . . . . . Gharanamogudu Samarasimha Reddy Magadheera Srimanthudu.. 186168th movie.. Point adi kaadu kada ikakda sir... what wasnt up to the mark to say its not good.. Telugu screen meeda first time ever oka war drama, first time ever oka product very unique and authentic (ignoring the cinematic liberty), drawing parallels between the caste system and the WW II oppression and connecting both emotionally, depth in the content, superb screenplay, casting, background score, art work and finally direction.. I am not saying that movie should be watched for the attempt, but content kuda it isnt anything short of an EPIC... | ||

Sesani thammud Ninna night 9:30 show chusa and 120-130 people in theatre which was good!! I LIKED few and few could have been better: LIKED: 1) Very Good DIALOGUES 2) Sooper Good Action by all the Actors (Except that POOJARI guy others were PERFECT selection) 3) Very Good Execution making us believe we are 1945 4) Good Photograpy 5) Sooper LOCATION selection especially during WAR sequences COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER: 1) MUSIC 2) STORY did not have Emotional Depth Overall for me VERY GOOD effort! | ||
