going by data given by 5forty3 and others..looks like Nitish is on his way to become CM for third time. Time for BJP to groom leaders at state level. Can't win every state election on Modi's name. More over.. all the hoardings in Bihar had Modi and Amit shah faces while grand alliance had Nitish face. Not even a single Bihar BJP leader face on hoardings. Will boomerang for sure.
