I did this with using a lawyer .. court fines + lawyer fees, lawyer fees is not that much may be 100-150 ( not sure ), but he was able to convert my case into moving violation, this is the best as I had to pay more but no points and no impact on insurance - | ||

Ignorance on ur part of not attending the court is a mistake .. I guess this is ur status .. got a ticket and didn't attend the court for that .... Ticket ki Fine + Points Court attend avvananduku Fine So explain him that i did a mistake in understanding the procedure as u have never ever received a violation .. the more number of years without a violation it'sbetter All the while u were waiting to receive a letter just to realize that u missed the court .. ur intention of attending the court was to please not guilty and fight it out but made a mess out of it .. Best case scenario : everything is gone -- Likely wont happen Most likely scenario : Pay fine for the court + Extra for not getting points + Remove the fine for not attending the court Worst case scenario --- Judge asks to attend the trial ... If i were u .. I will take option 2 just because i missed the court and lost my ammo to fight it out | ||

Go to the court and before u see the judge akkada oka clerk untaadu... aa clerk thoti beraam aadi, see if he/she can cancel the points and reduce the amount (most of them do)... akkada oka saari match fixing tho if ur happy, judge ki guilty ani cheppi u can pay the fine and leave... naa court experience tho cheptunnaa...ippudu nuvve elle daanni "hearing" antaaru. judge untundi/untaaDu kaani it is just preliminary hearing. ikkada settlement reach avvakapothe appudu "trial" ki eltundi. maximum ikkada settlement reach avvadaaniki try cheyyi. you can go to trial but its not worth your time and money ani naa feeling. vaadi paapaana vaadey pothaaDu. before you appear before the judge, the cop who gave you citation will try to do settlement with you. he will ask you "what are you going to plead?" you should tell not "not guilty because .. blah blah" then he will offer you ticket with no points and no impact to your license take that offer and jump jilani. asalu aa cop gaadi court ki rakapothe case kottestaaru total gaa | ||
