$70 on W2 , if not you need to pay around 8% more taxes , which will around $5 and another $5 for health insurance , so actual pay check is around $120 k, Full time with 401k is around $100 k, with each week of sick/vacation = 2k , so 3 weeks or sick/vacation is 15K, so it is a tie, if you can get Over time , then go with consultancy , if the FT gives you green card and it is stable go with full time - | ||
