coca.. that is normal and you feel that more if you are not hydrated. I get that in winter. I put humidifier and i drink more water.

I get it even i run out side. So it is natural process

This happens when you start the exercise. You feel that as blood start flowing to you head and nose. As nose is very sensitive, you feel that. Give it a time and it should go away after couple of minutes.

In winter , it is worst as we have heater at home and our nose skin is already irritated and teared. I feel sharp pain from nose to sinus. After couple minutes it goes away.


naa feelings correct ga catch chesaavu

oka 5 mins taravata poyindi.. but if it can be avoided, i want to go that

gym lo dry sauna undi. first kaasepu anduko kurchuni oste emanna use untundaa? or....total ga sanka naaki pothaana?

Deep breath makes you take more oxygen and that help brain get more oxygen. Also your lungs expand much much more than normal breath. At same time heart pump more blood. So your tissue looks little bulged up. Especially sensual organs. it is natural..

More oxygen more health of the brain..

nostrils to sinuses challa gaali potunnappudu discomfort ga undi

Also i shiver when i exercise under fan as sweater make body cold. i avoid where fan is not blowing air.

Humidifier at home would help little bit. try that.
