Oka telugu based Vysyas migrated to tumkur..they have only one son...34 years age..chinna shop vaalla father ki tumkur lo..
vaadu baagaa chaduvukunnadu went to onsite 10 years ago..he married to girl in bangalore...again only one girl...she also is very intelligent..studied in US and moved to london for job...

already between them they had 6-7 top end properties in bangalore...

Shobha vadu.. Prestige vadu.. kone tappude adugutaru ta.. for resale or for staying ani... so ala emanna option istada builder kanukko..

5-6 kms untadi kada annai orr ki.. danikanna inkoosta lopakalki pothe.. maa teammate 2010 lo 700/sft ki konnadu.. ippudu around 2.4k/sft palukutondi.. attanti sota land tesukodam better emo kada..

anyways flat kaabatti...not to worry much on legal aspects as most issues must have resolved..

regarding price..etc..if some one is going to live..it's fine..just for investment ayithe... a big no on apartments above 70-80 lakhs..
