Neeke option iste.. do you opt for Harvard/utaustin/community college grad to work for you , obviously your first choice would be harvard next ut austin next would be community college guy.. on the same lines.. USA has a choice to give who ever it wants to be a citizen on faster pace.. now comes EB1/EB2/EB3.. they choose EB1 first , next to EB2 , rest to EB3.. that is fact.. but good thing is , atleast something is moving for all though.. | ||

Dont mean to be constantly negative.. but on an average Eb3 india per year is around 2700. poni 3000 GCs issued for easier sake. This number of 3000 Eb3 GCs per year is not going to go up.. its a constant. Eb3 current date: 2004 March Eb3 target date: 2008 Feb todays date: 2015... Say there are 1000 people only per year waiting in queue... and each one has only 3 dependents... that means 3000 visas gone... best case scenario 2019 ki GC vasthadi under EB3 for 2008 date say if there are 2000 per year waiting.... then it will go to 2021 -2022 minimum... think abt it annai.... I thought EAD for i140 rule would help us a lot... esp.. eb3 vallaki EADs automatic ga vasthayi anukunnaa... but IV vaadu lambham ettadu... now this EAD is dependent on Dates that they randomly set.... but guddi lo mella... meeku mosam jarigedi... Eb3 for sure move avvadu.... for next 7-8 years to get to 2008... ee lopu meeru EAD teesukunnaru anukondi... then you will stop looking for porting to EB2.... that should be sole focus annai... how can you convince your HR and lawyer that you are eligible for Eb2... based on your experience of XX years... Eb3 India ki if i am not wrong... yearly only 2000 visas istharu.... waiting lo minimum 30-40K primary... + kids and family oka 100K anna untaru emoo till 2015... so to clear till 2015... we will need 50 years.... howww and howww aahaa howww will this resolve ani kochen chesthunna.. Eb3 is just a formality... a category kinda 2030 lo emanna GC vachey chance untadi... if you have applied in say.. 2010... danikanna family sponsorship tho thondaraga vachuddemooo GC.... I was in EB3, cheppu brother.. ee USCIS vallu, should consider time we stay here.. As time goes by, we will have not only money, also life... life, assets, kids, education etc etc.... anyways pain in the butt... more you feel more pain. rather I have a frnd, just sat on eb3 since 2003 and got his GC today.. he is happy now and no regrets y'day | ||
