03/2015: Indian EB-2 Professionals in Desperate Hope for Some Fruits of Visa Bulletin Management System Reform in the Forthcoming October Visa Bulletin One of the Obama Administration's plans for modernization of the "legal" immigration system is change of management of Visa Bulletin system, which includes, among others, earlier allocation of the annual visa numbers in the fiscal year. Part of the juices was enjoyed by the Indian EB-2 professional during FY 2015 leading to earlier allocation of the numbers and resultant backward movement of the numbers towards the end of the fiscal year. One big open question is to what extent Mr. Charles Oppenheim would implement it in the first quarter of FY 2016, particularly October 2015. We will see it soon. Please stay tuned to this website.
