@aha just reminder tho pani jaragatam ledh...u see sometimes 8 hrs per day is not enough simban ee check points effectiveness self destruct chesaanu as the prev mgr was more hands on, micro managing...i wanted to leave more room for them to think on their own and I set periodic check points for the tasks... problem is oka qtr kee work ayyindhee...next qtr lo was waiting for them to follow them by themselves...bedisi kottindhee need to re-evaluate this approach combined resolution is fine - i can set aside my stuff and work together... kaani sometimes outside work hrs cheyyali to complete ...no other option but to clean up the spills as you cannot keep pushing the deadline | ||

how do you *motivate* people to work extra hours? extra tasks? I am not talking about under estimating and making people slave but if the person is missing the deadline due to roadblocks in his/her work, should they be just reminded? will that give them the hint to get motivated? offshore awatam tho yemaina feel awuthaaro ani oka feel |
