Mundu gaa nuvvem cheyyagalavo vaatitho start cheyyu( I have started using fatfree milk, no sugar black coffee, no salt in food anything beyond what wifey puts while cooking, even I dont use salt in perugannam.... I stated this 7 years back.. still continuing.. its just a mind set.. now I hate fatty milk made, sugar added coffee or tea.. also I dont like perugannam with salt in it..) Try cheyyu... koddi koddi gaa...

you have good cholestrol as well as little bit bad cholesterol in yolks.... as you are active you dont have to worry abt bad one .... all omega 3's which do good to your heart is in yolk .... so eat full eggs

Adaviram thammi: Your numbers are looking fine... especially HDL and Triglycerides... keep those numbers like that.. but work on LDL bit more.
Before work out or any thing.. watch your diet.. change to things like fat free milk, remove any sweet(all together), carbs(like rice, dumpalu... etc) No sweets at all.. while doing that, try to make few changes in your routine(like using stairs instead of elevator, walking to short distance for your shopping etc.. playing with your kids etc.. Once you are comfortable with these DOABLE changes.. try if you can treadmill for a short time.... these would fix your easy issues.. I had huge Triglycerides (250 or so), First I made my food changes then a moderate work out etc.. and got a very good results..
