I should make my neck relax while doing intense work out
My trainer says same but I get stiff neck automatically
That's where I have to focus and work on

I do like this

First knees on floor
Stretch forward
Put your upper body flat I.e core tight
Now make your upper body down close to floor but touching
Still your upper body relys on your two hands
Now push your legs straight back or stretch back
Make sure from ankle to neck parallel to floor
Focus only on core and keep holding the core as
Long as you can. Remember keep breathing that's more
Important

Now u feel the pain and fun in abs

OM kaka.. stiff neck vacchedi basic ga exercise wrong ga chesinappudu..

especially when you lifting weights. When you lift weight first think you do is you engage your neck. That is bad part. Mi trainer cheppaleda?

dumbbells, squat, back exercise, pull ups evi chesina do not engage your neck. if you get addicted to that you get lots of issues. you may injure ur neck.

squat lo put your neck straight , this would avoid engaging the neck.

funny enti ante.. edo mmovie lo ali gadu exercise chestu.. neck move chestadu.. weight badulu.. this is similar to same issue.

Meeku stiff neck experience chesaara?
When u do pull ups or dips ?
Me experiencing very much so gradually increasing
Intense as and when gain strength

Especially while doing pull ups

Even in you tube videos the trainer says same
First hang on and head down and lift head up slowly in 45degrees above
And pull yourself up with slow and controlled momentum and come back fully
Always doing slow and controlled momentum

It's working awesome but I still have neck problems :-)

mi trainer ki nivu emi seppavo ..vadu emi sebutunnado.. kani.. first lift weights.. last rep.. ni limi ki oo 20 poinds add sesi seyyi..

there is saying .. if are not increasing you weight lifting weigh limit then you wasting time.. stop the gym.. every time you go you should lift at least 5 mounds extra..

As I would wann go for bulk muscles so I say to him
Can I go to weights then he says first we start with this
And then we go

Few weeks ago we started pulling ropes and abs
That moms emi burning and pain

fafi...yea wider undaali to lessen bicep involvement ...my point is if it is too wide...you wont have enough grip strength to start off
so make it wider but not widest
you can improve as time goes on

FYI

I always used core while doing machine or free weights

Without core I am not at all doing anything in Gym.

Even while cardios I use core maximum

Bcos of that I reduced my belly very much
And it's like school bench

Very soon it's going to be like brick wall
Where you can see divisors and separators :-)

As I follow YouTube more and the trainer
Suggested start with hang your body without motion
And then see above and slowly push up inch by inch
If we do daily u gain strength and that Inturn helps you
To more push yourself up.
So I am following exactly same
With this push-ups and dips I get more pain on my neck
Already I have stiff neck problem so I don't wann injure
Myself and at the same time I must reach my goal
So I am following the way in YouTube :-)
As I am gaining strength day by day so I will
Push up myself better day by day

om kaka.. nenu abs wheel. ani adi ani chese vadini.. but after certain time i felt my abs work more when i go for dead lift, squat, pull ups. i do abs using hanging leg raises. that is the best. also push ups.

i stopped spending separate time for abs.. only thing i do is decline bench abs with weight ups.. just abs..

kick boxing lo kuda abs oo range lo work out avuthai.. so wheels.. avanni avasaram ledu.. mogalla exercise lo abs anni exercise lo workout avuthai.. be a man.

the best thing i do is.. i make sure i did not do any arms, chest in previous days.. i do pull ups only when i have good rest and break so that my arms can lift my body easily.

when you are spending 1hr time in gym try to spend more on main workout.. do not spend separate time for abs etc. it is no use.

i was in your position exactly couple of years ago

pull up uses more core and back muscles than chin ups where you engage arms
you need to train your back more to increase pull up count - rows, deads

if you ask me ...stop chin ups for a while
also do pull ups as the first exercise

Today we shall discuss on Body weight.

If you want to measure yourself how good your at your exercise and weights then this is the best way to measure.

how much you are comfortable at your body weight exercises like Pull ups, chin ups, dips, push ups, squats with your body weight. If you are comfortable then you are at the best of your weight training and exercise regime.

Pull ups: if you are able to do 20 pull ups then you are the awesome. Start with 5 pull ups without break and slowly increase. If you do not have pull up bar then go to kids play area and practice pull up. Also some home has horizontal beam in basement use that to pull up yourself.

to have nice back and V shape this will help. You need not to have big exercise equipment.

Dips: This is known for triceps and also for lower chest. The angle would make difference. If you do comfortable enough reps then you are the best. for this you do not need great equipment. Just go and find wall and do that and just raise urself.

chin up for biceps : imagine dumbell curl with your body weight. i would never will be able to do it. But chin ups lift your body weight and work on your biceps. This is the best exercise to bulge your biceps. if you reach to 20 reps you are the tough man.


You do not need gym to get into nice shape. first practice with your body weight. Gym only for people who want to bulge their muscle. Do get lean muscle and burn fat , you need just your body weight and simple bars and walls.

push ups also another with works and your back, triceps, chest and your core like plank.

Military training mainly trains personal with their body weight. They do not go to gym to keep them active. 20 reps for pull ups is the their basic entry level. do not fall into these commercial gym funda.. best is body weight exercise.
