my free advice, you can call your senators office and ask to expedite process as it is less than 16 days. if senators office request,they pull your file and process 2 years back it used to work for most of cases , not sure now | ||

That was my experience in the past. I sent RFE response and I did't get GC at that time though dates were current. That was because VISA numbers were exhausted. Check VISA numbers availability. I don't want to be negative on you, but thats the reality. | ||

To all GC gurus I have ported from EB3 to EB2(PD: Jul 2006) and the new 140 got approved last month and since my PD is current I got RFE on my I-485 for to get medicals again. I responded to RFE and the status shows that they received response on Aug 5th. Now the dates have retrogressed to Jan-2006 for Sep bulletin. My question is do I still have a chance to get my GC this month since the retrogression is from September or I am shit out of luck |
