aado bonda... kakkurthi naa M gaadu... to make it simple, going forward ask vendors what is the W2 amount (after ur profit and employer and employee taxes)... nuvvu clear ga split chesi adugu to be clear... Also in the employment contract ask them clearly to mention the gross W2 amount the employee will receive... just to avoid future nuisance... Basically employee portion of payroll taxes is 6%-8% (I think) of ur billing portion is consulting... Ikkada W2 kaabatti clear ga W2 amount ani adugu... | ||

If he saying he will pay u X dollars on ur W2, it means he is taking care of the payroll taxes.. Assuming billing is 100 to the vendor (which he is not disclosing to u I assume) for whom ur going to work... he is paying u 80 bucks an hr on ur W2 which means in his cut of 20 which includes his profit and payroll tax.. We will pay u X on W2 ante thats the gross money ur going to get per hour our of which u pay ur income tax samjhe?? | ||
